About the Role
Are you obsessed with wellness, social media, and the comment section? As our Social Media + Community Management Intern you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our brand's social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube. You will be responsible for monitoring and responding to comments and direct messages and building positive relationships with our online community.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages across our social media platforms, promptly and within Beekeeper s Naturals brand voice
- Actively engage with our community and participate in external category conversations, through providing brand messaging and product knowledge
- Partner with customer cares team to address customer service concerns or issues within a timely manner
- Support recruitment of community and customers to join Beekeeper s Naturals Social Club
- Assist in content scheduling across platforms, using social media tools
- Provide weekly social listening recaps of competitive trends and content opportunities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or working towards one
- You re obsessed with social media, with a deep understanding of the social media landscape (across Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, etc)
- You stay up to date on wellness trends and pop culture
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a consistent and positive brand voice
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment; works well under pressure and can meet multiple deadlines
