As a IT Technician, you will provide technical support to small business clients and serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or on-site. You will be tasked with troubleshooting calls, password resets, troubleshooting network connections, and resolving any other technology issues. This job will require a high level of customer service, professionalism, promptness, the ability to stay organized, and a positive attitude.
-Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
-Able to install and setup computers, printers, scanners, and Windows operating system.
-Monitor client systems performance and reliability
-Ensure that all work performed is documented
-Experience with N-Able RMM, Microsoft 365, SentinelOne EDR is a plus.
-Ability to perform basic support tasks.
-Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
-Ability to crawl on the floor or in crawl spaces for installation of equipment.
-Ability to lift up-to 50 pounds.
