Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior estimators to analyze project requirements and specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to perform quantity takeoffs and cost calculations.
- Research and analyze historical data and market trends to support estimating efforts.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information.
- Support the development of comprehensive bid proposals and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in estimating and construction management.
