Job Title: Corporate Mid to Senior Level Recruiter


Location: Portage, Wisconsin. (hybrid - onsite 3-4 days/week for first 2 months, then 1-2 times/week)


Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Corporate Mid to Senior Level Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal clients at all levels of the organization. This individual should be adept at understanding key performance indicators and be able to adapt quickly to changes in the employment market.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent for mid to senior level positions.
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including networking, job boards, and social media, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal clients, providing guidance and expertise throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on exempt/salaried professionals.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner.
  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators and their impact on recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the employment market and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Experience managing staffing and agency partnerships.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred but not required.
  • Open to travel up to 20% - career fairs, networking functions, other corporate offices
