As an Account Manager in our Test Systems Division for Battery Testing, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing key relationships with powertrain manufacturers. Your mission? To drive business growth, ensuring sustainable success through collaboration with our divisional units and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer development efforts, driving sales growth and market share expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, collaborating closely with decision makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with divisional objectives.
- Identify new customer opportunities and drive internal actions to capitalize on them.
- Coordinate the development of customer proposals in partnership with our headquarters.
- Oversee regional planning for the powertrain customer segment, ensuring profitability.
- Stay abreast of competitor activity and market trends to provide strategic insights.
Requirements needed for the role:
- Seasoned sales professional with a track record of effective customer relationship management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving results.
- Demonstrated success in driving profitable growth.
- Bachelor s degree with technical and commercial acumen.
- 6+ years of sales experience in automotive or automation industries, particularly in capital equipment.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and secure new business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
- Creative thinker with a knack for finding solutions.
