Hiring Fully Remote Clinical Supervisors for our GCAL team. An active Georgia license is required!!!Mission/Role: Responsible for the successful operation of the call center on assigned shift including attainment of key performance indicators (i.e. average speed of answer, abandonment rate), providing on-the-job training for staff, actively managing staff productivity, and continuous monitoring of staff performance for quality assurance. Collaboratively work with GCAL supervisory and leadership teams to ensure consistent execution/implementation of applicable policies, procedures, and protocols.Responsibilities:Manage a primary team of clinicians as assigned and a combined team of clinicians and paraprofessionals on shift around three domains:Work quality and effectiveness encompassing accurate decision making, knowledge of and compliance with workflows, policies, decision trees, etc.Work efficiency and productivity including behaviors such as schedule adherence, available log in time, talk time, concise and accurate documentation, mastering basic position requirements, etc.Professional behaviors such as stress tolerance, ability to work within a team, resolving conflicts appropriately, demonstrating respect to persons served and peers, etc. Invest 60-70% of time each month on staff development and training activities such as:Providing consultation and support for urgent and emergent cases including active rescues and mobile dispatches.Conducting quality reviews of calls and documentationMonitoring and adjusting phone queues in real timeAssuring staff follow established protocols and workflowsOverseeing electronic referrals process, insuring barriers are communicated to the appropriate Regional or DBHDD resources, and guidelines and protocols are being followedProviding support and troubleshooting basic technical issues preventing front line staff from conducting their dutiesMaking staff assignments for various boards and assure follow-up as necessaryProviding individual monthly supervision around a balanced performance scorecard addressing the three domains listed aboveSpend approximately 20-30% of time each month backing up staff by taking calls during peak periods or when staff are on leave and backing up peer Clinical/Care Consultant Supervisors (potentially on different shifts), and Directors, as necessary.Devote 10% of time each month to organizational initiatives as assigned.Provide supervision toward licensure for associate licensed staff toward attainment of full licensure as requested. RequirementsEducation: Master's degree from an accredited school with a valid, unrestricted, license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.Experience: Minimum three (3) years' experience in a behavioral health setting. Minimum one (1) year supervisory, managerial, or team lead experience. Prior supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting a plus. Telephone triage experience preferred. Knowledge of DSM V diagnosis, experience with assessment of individuals to determine needs and level of care, Familiarity with the process for voluntary and involuntary inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, knowledge of brief therapeutic interventions and psychotropic medications.
