Details:
Phase 1/2 Environmental Due Diligence Project Manager needed for an East-coast based Environmental Services Contractor.
Candidate will be 100% remote with field work in the DC Metro area.
Due Diligence projects will include TSAs, Phase 1/2 ESAs, RSRA in accordance with ASTM standards. Field activities with appropriate reporting for regulatory cases will include sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air.
Job Requirements
Details:
* A B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering
* Minimum 5 years direct regional experience in environmental consulting and due diligence
* Qualification as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 312.10(b).
* OSHA 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operator Certification a plus
* Excellent computer skills
* Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills with ability to write clear, concise, and thorough environmental reports
* US citizenship or legal resident status
* Valid driver"s license with clean driving record
