Job Details
This is an entry-level, onsite position in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high level of client service to the firm's financial advisors and clients
- Coordinating and preparing materials for client visits and periodic client account/performance reviews
- Completing appropriate client paperwork, maintaining appropriate records, entering security transactions, and preparing client reports
- Working with Compliance and Operations personnel, including special projects
- Other office duties including answering phone, greeting guests, keeping office/conference rooms and kitchen in order
The individual should demonstrate the following:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Ability to prioritize work activities and multi-task, efficient time management is a must
- Must maintain client confidentiality; demonstrate integrity and code of ethics
- Must be courteous, professional, outgoing, motivated and customer service oriented
- Ability to analyze complex or diverse information, use intuition and experience to respond to inquiries, exhibit sound and accurate judgment in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain attention to detail, complete administrative tasks correctly, accurately, thoroughly and on time
- Adaptability and flexibility, adapting to changes in the work environment, able to shift priorities and deal with unexpected events
- Punctuality/Dependability - consistently at work and on time
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Client Data Interface systems including Redtail (CRM) preferred but not required
