Fast growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity space based in the Phoenix, AZ area seeks a Senior Financial Analyst.
This person will prepare, consolidate, and analyze forecasts and plans, perform financial analyses and KPIs, consolidate bottoms up forecasts from global functional FP&A teams, prepare dashboard and reporting packages for management, Board, and Investor reporting, and streamline Corporate Reporting, Consolidations and Processes. This role will report to the Head of FP&A.Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze consolidated forecasts, along with targets and scenarios, for overall financials
- Consolidate and analyze weekly bottoms up forecasts from global functional FP&A teams
- Build financial reports and develop financial analyses quickly, efficiently, and with high quality control, as needed for a broad array of purposes including special projects
- Prepare and analyze companywide financial and operating key metrics along with variances
- Prepare reporting packages and dashboards, including weekly management consolidated forecasts, month end close updates and operational reports, for management, board, or investor audiences; create presentations, in the form of PowerPoint or Office/Google Slides, and update them regularly
- Prepare, manage, and update complex financial 3 Statement excel models
- Develop ad hoc analysis such as benchmarking, pro forma earnings, and workforce analyses
- Help drive scale initiatives for the finance and accounting teams by streamlining reporting
- Partner, as necessary, closely with the Accounting and Finance, along with other cross functional teams such as Sales & Marketing, R&D, and other G&A functions.
Qualified candidates should have 5+ years of FP&A experience in a mid-sized or large SaaS organization. Advanced excel skills and familiarity with a 3 statement model required.
