Occasional sitter(Backup Care Division)
Position Description: (Backup Caregiver On-Call)
Weekday and Weekend availability
Starting Salary: $22.50 per hour

As an Occasional Sitter, you will have the flexibility to work weekday and weekend based on your availability. While there is no set schedule, you will be notified of opportunities as they arise, and you can choose to accept, or decline based on your availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional childcare to children on an as-needed basis
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
Maintain open and clear communication with parents. Following parents' instructions and routines closely to maintain consistency and familiarity for the children Adapting to different family dynamics and routines to create a positive and supportive environment for the childrenRequirements:- Previous experience in childcare or babysitting preferred.
- Ability to adapt to different family dynamics and routines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must pass a background check.
