Strategic ACI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support a government customer.
About Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc.: Strategic Alliance Consulting Inc. (Strategic ACI) is a member of the Agile Support Alliance Joint Venture, LLC. The joint venture works under an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for the EMERALD Program. EMERALD is a procurement vehicle for life-cycle acquisition management, strategic financial, and business management support services for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). The EMERALD acquisition vehicle is structured as an agency-wide, small business set-aside program.
Responsibilities
Functions as the advisor for the Government Technical POC and the Program Office.Provides technical support and assistance to the Government POC on programmatic matters related to life cycle engineering.Provides internal Program Office support with assessing system, program, and product development across the program(s) lifecycle.Reviews all developer products and artifacts and provide feedback.Reviews all standards and policy changes and assess for impact.Attends and participates in ERBs and ITPs.Supports requirements management and traceability activities, including allocation and coordination across dependent programs of record.Supports requirements elicitation and negotiation efforts.Supports requirements verification and validation activities.Supports all ASP/ISP activity. Actively engage with the ISP PMOs in terms of planning for anticipated technology improvements, upgrades, roadmaps, and schedules.Identifys, tracks, and monitors schedule and technical risks.Provides information for updates to the annual Intelligence Capability Baseline Description (ICBD), the Independent Lifecycle Cost Estimate (I-LCCE), and the OMB-300 Exhibits for TIAM programs.Assists with the development of briefing documents for the Target, ERBs, IPTs, and MTRB.
Qualifications
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance.Bachelor s Degree in GIS, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.Demonstrated specialized experience in information technology requirements development and Government acceptance testing.Demonstrated specialized project management experience in terms of cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
Desired
Demonstrated specialized experience with Intelligence Community or DoD systems architecture and engineering.Master s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.Demonstrated specialized experience with the NGA Mission and acquisition Process.Demonstrated knowledge of NGA legacy systems.Demonstrated specialized experience with NGA requirements and engineering process.
