Our mission is to make sure every new hire- contractor and internal alike- begin their journey with Insight Global with a smooth onboarding experience. Our mission as a Payroll team is to support our corporate and sales offices through exceptional service and communication. We strive to onboard our internals and consultants efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with labor and tax laws. A Day in The Life:
- Responsible for being the Payroll Onboarding POC for specific offices
- Responsible for processing assigned offices ESFs (Employee Start Forms)
- Working closely with the sales field to help with any onboarding paperwork issues for their contractors
- Maintain email inbox and respond to questions and requests promptly
- Maintain relationships with sales field
- Answer phone calls with customer service in mind
- Work on team projects and resolve cross-departmental issues

Relevant Experience:
- Customer service experience
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
- Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
