Job Description:


1.Responsible for the daily management and operation of stores, ensuring smooth operation and providing excellent customer experience.

2.Lead and manage the store team, including recruitment, training, and performance management, to ensure efficient collaboration and achievement of targets.

3.Develop and implement working targets and marketing strategies to increase store sales and market share.

4.Manage store inventory and control costs to balance inventory turnover and cost effectiveness.

5.Ensure store hygiene and safety comply with relevant standards and regulations, and handle emergencies.

6.Maintain close communication and cooperation with the headquarters team, provide market feedback, and suggest improvements.


Requirements:


1.At least 10 years relevant management experience in the independent store operation of the chain brand restaurant industry, canditates with experience in managing multicultural teams is preferred.

2.Excellent team leadership and management skills, being able to inspire teamwork and execution.

3.Outstanding communication skills and customer orientation, being able to handle customer complaints and issues.

4.Strong business acumen and market analysis skills, being able to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

5.Good organizational and coordination skills, being able to arrange and manage various store tasks effectively.

6.Strong ability to work under pressure and maintain a good state in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

7.Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and store management processes, with food safety and hygiene awareness.
