They are looking to add a second shift Manufacturing Supervisor to their team. Duties and responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor include: Coaching, training and mentoring production associates
Ensuring quality products
Maintaining plant safety
Maintaining inventory accuracy
Reducing costs and improving processes
Following preventative maintenance programs
Completing paperwork and documentation
Requirements for the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor:
Local or commutable to the area
Previous union supervisory experience
At least three years of previous manufacturing supervisory experience Experience with MS products
Excellent communication and organization skills
