Job Details
The Production Manager will report to the Director of Programs and oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects that involve the delivery of Multi Layer Insulation Blankets. They will assist in scheduling and managing resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet Aerothreads quality standards. They also handle resources, coordinate with teams, and identify risks.
Responsibilities of a Production Manager:
- Develop manufacturing execution plans
- Class 8 Cleanroom Facility
- Maintain project and production schedules
- Close out Manufacturing Orders for Fabrication
- Maintain Vacuum Bakeout Chamber
- Bakeout Reports as necessary
- Procedure development
- Improvement recommendations and implementations and resource management
Required Skills
- Experience operating of Vacuum Bakeout Chambers
- Experience with Class 8 Cleanroom.
- Degree in Engineering, Operations or similar discipline or 3-5 years working in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent organizational Skills
- Demonstrate communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with MRP systems,
- Deltek Costpoint a plus
