About the work
The successful team leader will hire, train, and manage door to door canvassers to reach all neighborhoods and corners of the District. Canvassers are expected to set one to two appointments per day, 8+ per week. Top performers move up the ranks to be able to close their own leads and earn more pay. This team lead is expected to get results by motivating, tracking, and even jumping in to show how its done.
About You
We do not expect you to already know solar. We do expect you to have a proven, quantifiable, track record of creating quality leads that convert to signatures. This could be in issue campaigns, political organizing, or sales for a different trade. We want people that are not afraid of hard work to get results. And above all, you can contribute to and grow a team with core values focused on getting results that allow team members to do well while doing good.
