We are looking for an Technical Service Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create Return Material Authorizations for customer returns and equipment calibration.
  • Monitor monthly repair and distributor lead follow-up reports.
  • Generate reports on outstanding customer equipment, and providing customers with equipment, software, and test kit documentation including SDS files, Certificates, and operator manuals upon request
  • Also, create incident trend and returned equipment failure reports.
  • Assist with customer order creation for replacement equipment, sample testing, and equipment calibration.
  • Help in writing Standard Operating Procedures as required


QUALIFICATIONS
  • A high school diploma, GED or equivalent is necessary
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred
  • This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m
    to 5:30 p.m
