Duration: 09 months on W2 Contract
Location: Philadelphia 2 days a week and other day can be in Wilmington office.

Job Description
Summary:
As a member of the Global Finance Operations team, you will manage the project implementation within the North America, LATAM and Europe regions. Drive the completion of project deliverables, manage UAT and deliver the change management process.
Travel within the Europe, LATAM and NA regions may be required.
In addition to proven experience in a related position, you will be able to demonstrate:
- Good Project management skills and experience in managing teams across different work streams
- Experience with a large-scale financial systems implementation (familiarity with technical terms), across multiple region and multiple business units.
- Detailed knowledge of key project phases including requirements planning, testing and implementation
- Experience with change management: support to identify impacts in the current processes, define a communication plan and coordinate training sessions.
- Ability to support local operations to define their future process (how the new implementation will impact the current process).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage conflicts
- Ability to work independently and deliver to tight timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under the same program.
