This role presents a unique opportunity to become part of an international team, getting insights into the growing online business and actively shaping customers perception worldwide. (Maike, Head of Ecommerce)
**How you will leave your mark:**
* You support UX initiatives to improve our customer experiences on the website
* Moreover you are an active part of projects across the whole e-commerce landscape
* You work on onsite web performance and sales analysis
* Hence, you develop competitive benchmark analysis for state-of-the art online experiences, including research work on industry trends and digital solutions
* You are a partner with markets to support local initiatives
**How you will experience success with us:**
* You are a student (m/f/d) of Economics, Marketing, Management or comparable or are in a gap year
* You have passion and expertise for ecommerce and digital marketing and excel is your secret talent
* English fluent is a mandatory other language skills a plus
* Hands-on mentality and proactive thinking as a Team player
* Curious solution-seeking with excellent skills in all Microsoft office applications
* Interest in data-driven activities and experience with google analytics
