REI Management is located right in the heart of the Virginia Beach area. We specialize in everything: customer service, sales, and marketing. We are currently seeking to expand our Customer Service team and are looking for someone to fill the entry level position of our Direct Customer Service Associate.
Position Responsibilities:
Follow up directly with specific client customers to establish lasting relationships
Be able to answer any customer questions and recommend products and services that may be of interest
Receive daily training to stay up to speed with client products, promotions, and goals
Cross-train with the marketing and sales teams to become well-versed in all fields to be able to grow and take on leadership roles
Close sales when necessary, making sure to keep a detailed record of all customer communications
