Job Duties:
- Troubleshoot and rectify technical hardware and software issues for clients.
- Deliver on-site assistance and client support during field assignments.
- Set up and configure computer networks in alignment with IT principles.
- Apply basic electrical troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues.
- Engage in hands-on problem-solving and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Generate comprehensive service reports promptly.
- Assess client needs and offer suitable recommendations.
- Establish rapport and trust with operators in paper mill environments.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, caballing, cameras installing
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Canada and to the United States as required.
Compensation: $45,000 to $60,000
