Senior Manufacturing Associate


Job Details

Our partner manufactures medical devices used for the treatment of a variety of Vascular Therapies. They are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to play a role in process improvements and execution of methods, throughout the manufacturing process.


Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, OT as needed

Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $20/hr -$25/hr


Responsibilities:

  • Utilize small hand tools, precise instruments, measuring devices, magnifiers, and testing apparatus for product construction.
  • Report any safety, quality, process issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain a safe and controlled environment, through wearing proper PPE & adhering to protocols.
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks during production, addressing issues in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for quality of work and adhering to manufacturing methods and quality records.
  • Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Experience (Medical Device Preferred)
  • Work with small components, adhesives, and microscopes
  • Experience working within a clean room environment
  • Lean & 5S experience desired
