Our partner manufactures medical devices used for the treatment of a variety of Vascular Therapies. They are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate to play a role in process improvements and execution of methods, throughout the manufacturing process.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm, OT as needed
Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20/hr -$25/hr
Responsibilities:
- Utilize small hand tools, precise instruments, measuring devices, magnifiers, and testing apparatus for product construction.
- Report any safety, quality, process issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and controlled environment, through wearing proper PPE & adhering to protocols.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks during production, addressing issues in a timely manner.
- Responsible for quality of work and adhering to manufacturing methods and quality records.
- Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing Experience (Medical Device Preferred)
- Work with small components, adhesives, and microscopes
- Experience working within a clean room environment
- Lean & 5S experience desired
