Litigation
- Antitrust
- Class Action
- Highend Construction
- Highend labor & employment
- Toxic Tort
Corporate Finance
- Mergers & Acquisitions (Los Angeles and Charlotte only)
- Capital Markets and Securities
- Private Equity
- Investment Funds
- REITs & Funds
