  • Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to navigate contractual negotiations and assess project risks.
  • Spearhead project planning initiatives to define and refine project approaches, ensuring operational excellence and project success.

Project Execution:

  • Uphold and advocate for the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in all project-related interactions.
  • Drive project execution strategies to meet and exceed client expectations, focusing on innovative solutions and operational efficiency.

Project Team Leadership:

  • Foster a cohesive and dynamic project team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion within the project team and broader project initiatives, ensuring a wide range of perspectives and expertise.

Safety and Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with safety and quality managers to develop comprehensive safety and quality plans, setting new standards in project delivery.
  • Actively promote a culture of safety and quality excellence, leading by example and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure project profitability and financial success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with advanced training highly regarded.
  • A minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience in construction management, demonstrating a progressive career trajectory and a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Proficiency in modern office software, particularly the O365 suite, and familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning, with a passion for the construction and manufacturing sectors.
