Responsibilities
You will oversee the efficient management and performance of multiple technical and maintenance teams responsible for round-the-clock maintenance of production equipment at the facility.
- Align the Maintenance system with corresponding Maintenance KPIs to enhance efficiency.
- Implement strategic maintenance plans to minimize machine downtime, utilizing preventative, predictive, and comprehensive maintenance approaches.
- Lead and oversee maintenance personnel, establishing an optimized organizational structure for departmental activities to achieve objectives safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and update training manuals and documentation for the maintenance and facilities teams.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among maintenance and facilities teams as well as internal stakeholders.
- Implement robust systems to control costs and minimize maintenance and replacement needs.
- Provide feedback on equipment performance, with a focus on Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to support future equipment acquisitions.
- Contribute to Energy Consumption Reduction initiatives through monitoring, improvement, and installation of high-efficiency devices and machinery.
- Demonstrate a track record of reducing costs and proactive maintenance practices.
Requirements
- A degree in engineering or a related field, either at the Associate's or Bachelor's level, is mandatory.
- Candidates should possess 8-10 years of experience spanning Engineering, Maintenance, and Manufacturing.
- Exposure to production/manufacturing environments is essential, particularly with specialized equipment, processes, tooling, techniques, and methods.
- Strong leadership skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize work activities to meet evolving demands is vital.
