**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Support Specialist for ISN E-Commerce Sales, you will be responsible for helping to drive sales through WOW customer service, designed to support a diverse internet customer base. In this role, you will be responsible to develop and maintain positive customer relations, coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities:**

* Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat and in-person about products, shipping timeframes/processes, and return/damage processes to close sales

* Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for the customer and follow-up as needed to resolve issues.

* The ability to compare data, identify opportunities for adding products, and understanding each customers specific data needs.

* Organizing and managing communications with large customers and the data we transmit back and forth.

* Learn the interactive paths and customer service responsibilities for each of our e-commerce customers and can assist with those at any time.

* Ensure superior customer satisfaction through phone and email correspondence.

**Education/Experience:**

* Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience.

* Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.

* Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship skills.

* Proven organizational skills.

* some analytic skills.

* MS Office proficient

* Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction; motivated self-starter.

* Strong team player with ability to handle multiple tasks with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
