Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Recruiter to join our team and focus on placements within the private equity industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for finance and accounting roles, with specific experience working with private equity firms and understanding their unique hiring needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with private equity clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for finance and accounting roles within the private equity sector, including positions such as financial analysts, investment associates, and CFOs.
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified finance and accounting professionals within the private equity industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including resume review, interview preparation, and offer negotiation.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the finance and accounting sector and specifically with private equity clients.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as the private equity industry and its unique dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience using recruiting software and other tools to source and track candidates is preferred.
