Immediate need for a Customer Service Specialist to join this growing medical device company in the East Bay
This is an ideal position if you are looking to an opportunity with excellent training and room for growth
As a customer service specialist you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex issues as well as processing expedited orders and product inquires
Daily tasks will include acting as a liaison between the customer and dealers / distributors, resolving complaints, problems, returns and repair issues in an efficient and professional manner, issuing quotes, and maintaining the customer database
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, MS office skills, and 3+ years of Customer Service experience
