Claims Reconciliation Representative

The Role
The Claims Reconciliations Representative will report to the Senior Manager of the Complex Reconciliations Team. The Representative role will be responsible for a range of Claims Team tasks but will also assist the team with reclaims confirmations on foreign markets. Limited opportunities for Tax Reclaims, broker claims, audit support, and other work also exist.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- High proficiency with Outlook and Excel
- Moderate proficiency with Word
- Bachelor s degree preferred, preferably in business administration, economics, or a related subject
- Strong work ethic, motivation, eagerness to learn, and proactive
- Outstanding ability to optimally prioritize multiple competing tasks at once
- Phenomenal ability to work quickly in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Effective, succinct executive communication skills
- InvestOne experience a plus but not required
- Experience with Frontier and/or any reconciliation tools a plus but not required
The TeamThe Fidelity Global Middle Office Reconciliations Services Group conducts a wide range of account and transaction reconciliation research to Fidelity funds and corporate entities. These services include Tax Reclaims reconciliations.
Dynamic Working At Fidelity TalentSource, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we call Dynamic Working. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity location for at least one week, 5 consecutive days, every four weeks. These requirements are subject to change.
