We are seeking a dynamic and organized Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join a national law firm for a temporary assignment. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the legal recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This assignment is expected to last for 6 months+.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, room reservations, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for recruitment metrics and analysis.
- Handle logistical arrangements for recruitment events, such as job fairs, campus visits, and networking receptions.
- Liaise with hiring managers, recruiters, and attorney's to coordinate recruitment activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing information about job opportunities, benefits, and the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in legal recruitment or human resources coordination is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Compensation:
$30-$40/hr. depending on relevant experience
