We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nations biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Order Support Specialist. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. **Order Support Specialist**
**Job Responsibilities**
Your specific duties as a Order Support Specialist will include:
* Compensation (Range): 24-27 / hour
* The Order Support Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that the sales team has the opportunity to remain focused on selling smarter and faster by providing outstanding customer service and support. The Specialist will remain focused on task completion within the order process. They will maintain a balance between speed and accuracy when completing orders, while continuously driving for process enhancements and efficiencies. It is imperative that the Specialist works closely with the sales leaders, sales persons, and various other departments to increase sales performance and ultimately drive revenue.
* Ability to process orders in all lines of business and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Meet or exceed all metrics related to order processing.
* Consistently demonstrate the ability to balance speed and accuracy.
* Ability to interpret various internal/external customer inputs. (Tower Specific: Ability to interpret various customer provided inputs (RF Data Sheets, flat files, construction drawings, equipment plumbing diagrams) as necessary to complete an accurate order. This includes scrubbing customer provided documents for discrepancies)
* (Tower Specific: Populate and submit License Request Forms (LRFs) accurately and in a timely fashion based on established Sales guidelines)
* Review order / system discrepancies and determine the best course of action to resolve.
* Provide support to internal and external customers as it relates to order statuses.
* Understand tools and maintain familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Maintain an excellent working relationship with other internal departments to assist in expediting the sales process, improving the quality and completeness of order intakes and outputs.
* Work/participate in special projects, as needed.

**Job Requirements**
As a Order Support Specialist you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
* Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
* Two (2) years previous sales and customer support experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Proven organizational skills
* Proven customer service skills
* Strong critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects
* Ability to work independently and in group settings.
* Ability to train/teach peers
