Job Description:

the company is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic Employment Practice Group in a high-performing environment. This position can be staffed in our Los Angeles, San Francisco or Chicago offices.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of Employment advice and litigation, preferably in the California, Illinois or New York locations and in the following subject matters: wage & hour, single-plaintiff and discrimination and non-compete/trade secret matters. Traditional labor experience is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background.
  • Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
Expected Pay Range for Associates: 2024/2023 Class Compensation Years: $225,000
2022 Class Compensation Years: $235,000
2021 Class Compensation Years: $260,000
2020 Class Compensation Years: $310,000
2019 Class Compensation Years: $365,000
2018 Class Compensation Years: $390,000
2017 Class Compensation Years: $420,000
2016 and more senior class compensation years: $435,000
