Executive Assistant to CEOAre you an excellent planner and organizer? We re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date. Ideal candidates are proactive, love diving into projects, working with others, and are interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization. If this sounds like you, apply below!Company Benefits:Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered401k with a match available after 6 months of working for the CompanyPaid Vacation time and sick days accruedResponsibilities:Study the top people in the organization to understand what they love, and love them in that way on behalf of the CEO (top people will be defined regularly by the CEO)Ensure the CEO has access to all tracking systems and data neededKeep the CEO's office organized & tidyAttend Team Meetings and contribute to the growth of the office and yourselfTravel with CEO, as needed, and help direct team members to ensure that any projects get implementedSupport and coordinate all new business initiatives and assist as needed in creating and documenting the systems around initiativesCoordinate the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all technology for CEOEnsure that the CEO s husband, the CEO s Personal Assistant, & House Manager, are aware of all events/scheduling matters as soon as the CEO is aware of themEnsure the CEO is home for dinner with family 5 nights a week, and home every weekend (unless traveling)Maintain a positive, and uplifting attitudeAssist CEO with any property acquisitions or salesHandle CEO s social media messenger accounts - speak on her behalf to ensure that CARE for people remains part of her brand and the organization's brandActively communicate to Executives about what the CEO is saying and doing while public speaking and casting the vision both internally and public-facing - ensure CGO, COO, and LGD are aware of what is said to ensure they are EXECUTING on it in their departmentsAssist CEO in designing social media pictures or visualsHelp prepare the CEO for Network-wide and local team meetings, collect the data, and ensure PowerPoint is prepared for presentationsUnderstand KEY industry and lead gen pillar (Zillow, Homelight, etc.) LEADERS that the CEO needs to create deep relationships with, study them, and help assist the CEO in building that relationship so that it will naturally be deepenedHelp prepare weekly newsletter communication to the entire organizationHelp prepare numbers and data for any mergers or acquisitions that the CEO is working onPay attention and help prepare MISSION MOMENTS for every meeting to ensure the CEO keeps the culture and MISSION at the forefront of all that we doAssist CEO and Executives in surveying the team on a regular basis to ensure we are keeping a pulse on the culture, and help navigate changes as necessaryAssist CEO in numbers and data gathering to do a competitor analysis in each location both from a Lead Gen pillar standpoint and talent acquisition perspectiveMake sure the CEO has lunch ordered every dayEnsure all coaching recordings are posted in the correct Slack channel every dayWhen the Founder EA is out or on vacation, the CEO s EA covers the Founder's Email. Instructions will be providedEnsure CEO s Zoom account has storage available at all timesAct as a property manager for the CEO s rental properties. You will be responsible for making sure the property is leased at all times, making sure enough time is allotted for finding a new tenant when the lease is up, compiling information on possible applicants, communicating any information needed to the new tenants as far as HOA, etc. Respond to any maintenance issues within 24 hours of the tenant submittingQualifications:2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similarComfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential informationImpeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skillsFamiliar with Google, Trello, Slack, Canva, Microsoft Office, & BRIGHT MLSMust have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completionAbout Company:Debbie and Sarah Reynolds are a mother-daughter duo and founders of The EmpowerHome Team.
