Job Title:

CSR/Dispatcher

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a

CSR/Dispatcher. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and dispatching service technicians to various job sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and courteous manner via phone, email, and chat
  • Quickly determine the nature of the customer's request or problem and provide appropriate solutions or escalate inquiries to the appropriate person or department- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
  • Monitor technicians' schedules to ensure timely arrival and completion of service calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work orders
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Develop a routine of following up on all unsold jobs utilizing the follow up board in Service Titan and providing results. Understand there will be times Certain departments will need extra focus to fill open gaps by making outbound calls to clients.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service and/or dispatch experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and work well under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Must be a reliable and detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of SERVICE TITAN Software is a big plus but not required.
  • Knowledge /experience in Plumbing/HVAC / Service Industry experience highly preferred but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Slack and Google G Suite a plus

Position will be remote. Must have own computer.

Schedule Requirements:

  • Part Time
  • Weekends - Saturday & Sunday 8am-5pm

Pay

  • Hourly
  • Commissions
