Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Washington, DC is currently looking for a Corporate Recruiter (SkillBridge, Military Recruiting Programs) to join their expanding team.

Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (SkillBridge, Military Recruiting Programs) / REMOTE WORK
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Washington, DC

Job Description:
SkillBridge Manager
Seeking someone to lead our SkillBridge program for our Global Talent team. Position is contracted and fully remote.
You will be responsible for managing Company's SkillBridge Program, bringing valuable talent into the organization by connecting transitioning service members to internship roles that lead to full time employment. In this role, you will grow the program across the enterprise through communication, process improvement, and relationship building. You will bring innovative solutions to broaden our military hiring portfolio and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities:
Drive a best-in-class experience for SkillBridge candidates throughout various phases of the internship process (pre-application, application, vetting, placement, and internship), providing guidance, information, and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and HR teams, engaging and educating them to facilitate increased utilization of the program
Plan and provide a cadence of consistent, regular communication with all stakeholders
Collaborate with external military employment partners to elevate Company as an employer of choice and attract strong candidates
Conduct outreach and provide information sessions for potential candidates
Educate and prepare candidates on skills such as interviewing, networking, and resumes
Support coordination and tracking for targeted recruiting events such as virtual information sessions and job fairs through established external partnerships (examples: Hiring Our Heroes or 50strong), collaborating across the Military Talent team.
Partner with internal teams to build appropriate channels to drive non-selected candidates towards direct hire opportunities
Maintain and present accurate data, program metrics, and success stories

Qualifications:
Bachelors' Degree is required.
A minimum of (4) years managing military programs or military recruiting is required. Direct experience leading a SkillBridge program strongly preferred.
Possess the required skills of extraordinary written and verbal communication, others, project management with attention to detail, and analytical and critical thinking skills.
Excellent assessment and interviewing skills with a strong understanding of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes is preferred
Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies desired.
Ability to work effectively and professionally within a heavily matrixed environment required.
Experience utilizing metrics to assess, monitor, and adapt approaches is preferred.
Proficiency in the use of social media (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
