Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients.
- Review resumes and align them with suitable positions.
- Conduct professional phone and video interviews to assess applicants and foster client relationships.
- Assist in interview preparations, communication, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
- Maintain organized records of client and applicant information in the system for updates and tracking purposes.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing requirements.
- Proactively engage in other projects or tasks within a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience is required.
- Bachelor s degree in business or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
- Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft Office
- Experience in cold calling
