Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruiter at Good Labor Jobs. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and identifying qualified candidates to match client job requirements, conducting interviews and assessments, and managing the hiring process. Additionally, the Recruiter will build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate job offers, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and staffing with a staffing compnay
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
• Strong existing network and relationships with local companies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Experience in the staffing industry or related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
