CASH MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM, BBVA CORPORATE & INVESTMENT BANKING
NEW YORK
This is a 12-month, full time paid internship in the Corporate & Investment Banking group (CIB). Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US - BBVA will not sponsor visas for this position.

Education
A Bachelor s degree is a must.
Complete fluency in English and Spanish is required with the ability to communicate effectively
verbally and in writing. Basic knowledge of cash management, accounting, credit analysis, banking,
project management, and macroeconomic concepts.

Fluency in English and Spanish
Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organization, coordination and time management skills
Excellent information management

Intern job responsibilities:
Execute independent or team-based projects that contribute to the success of the business
Support on the processing of contracts and onboarding of clients, products and services
Assist with global product onboarding
Interaction and follow-up with internal departments and systems
Compile information and documentation from different sources
Participation in staff meetings
Support of senior team members
Assist with presentations and review documentation
Other responsibilities specific to department

With respect to this position in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $75,000-$75,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
