Job DescriptionThe IT Support Senior is responsible for implementing IT processes by leveraging technology to assist end users, achieving business goals, and ensuring optimum performance of existing systems. We are hiring an experienced individual that can analyze, problem solve, and develop solutions to improve and maintain current systems

What you will do for C&F:

Provide Tier 2 support to team members when needed

Collaborate on IT projects as directed by management

Working knowledge on new technology and/or hardware

Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues with hardware and software

Record support requests and their resolution within ticketing system

Act as the initial point of contact for all for all hardware and application issues

Install and configure equipment and applications for all users within the company

Coordinate with the IT teams to resolve technical issues with hardware and software

Take ownership of end user problems and be proactive in finding resolutions

Train staff on hardware and software usage if necessary

Maintain a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles

Assist management in developing training materials pertaining to system troubleshooting and usage

Coordinate technical upgrades and maintaining systems

Install hardware (computers, monitors, and printers)

Maintain equipment and perform periodic inventories as required.

Create and deploy images for desktop and laptops

Manage, configure and troubleshoot mobile devices

Maintain and create documentation on procedures and policies

Maintain hardware inventory and equipment orders when necessary

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

What you will bring to C&F:

Computer Science Degree, A+ Certification, and 3-5 years of job experience required

Microsoft and relevant technical certifications and education desirable

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including troubleshooting Microsoft Office

Proficient knowledge in Cloud and virtualization technologies, ideally in Citrix and VMware

PowerShell scripting is a plus

Extensive experience with remote VPN technologies and two factor authentication

Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail

Highly self-motivated and ability to work independently.

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills

Team-oriented and ability to effectively work with a collaborative environment

Travel may be required

Salary ranges are available for all positions at this location, taking into account roles with a comparable level of responsibility and impact in the relevant labor market and these salary ranges are regularly reviewed and adjusted in accordance with prevailing market conditions. The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $56,200.00 to a maximum of $93,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs
