We are looking for an Account Supervisor for an exciting and challenging opportunity on the Brand Leadership team at our full-service advertising and branding agency. The ideal candidate will support creative and strategic assignments while working with internal and external team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support client service functions working directly with supervisors, clients, and internal teams to plan and execute advertising, branding, and/or marketing campaigns
- Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for the client s business
- Lead meetings and presentations with internal team, partner agencies, vendors, and clients
- Report to Account Director/Principal and provide timely updates and ensure the delivery of program elements with excellence
- Leverage client-service skills to build strong relationships built on trust
- Lead collaboration with brand strategy, creative, production, and project management team members within the agency and with other partner agencies
- Demonstrate the ability to identify strong strategy and breakthrough creative
- Demonstrate accountability for the management and execution of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring client and internal team satisfaction by meeting timelines and established budgets
- Responsible for financial management at the project level
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize and leverage strong problem-solving skills
- Support category and competitive monitoring efforts
- Develop mastery of the production, project management and media processes required to support client needs
- Proactively support all work, not just requested assignments but also seeking out new opportunities to advance the business
- Support new business initiatives working directly with a supervisor and internal teams to develop proposals for prospective clients
- Mentor/develop agency Account Executives
- Help inform Agency processes
Requirements
- Four to seven years of advertising agency and/or marketing experience
- Able to think on your feet and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication, written, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Professional and adept, with a fun spirit and a can-do/will-do attitude
- Bachelor s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field preferred
- Fluent in English/Spanish
