Qualification:
- Prior experience of business development acquiring new clients and existing client expansion.
- Prior experience of sales and account management.
- Prior experience in following areas: IT Staffing, SOW, Managed Services, MSP, and Enterprise Accounts.
- Prior experience building, leading and managing client relationship.
- Solid experience in sales and customer service.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid employment track record
- College degree
- Prior Financial Services/Banking or Insurance or Communication/Media/Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
IT Services/ System Integrator (SI) Industry experience is highly preferred.
COMPENSATION: The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 with a potential earning opportunity of 200K+. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, commission, bonus, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
