OverviewPROGRAM MANAGERBowhead seeks an IDIQ Program Manager (PM) to serve as the Government s single point-of-contact (POC) in Washington, D.C.. The PM POC shall provide overall coordination and management of the awarded IDIQ contract. This PM may not be the same POC across multiple functional categories; however, this individual may be proposed as a PM for Task Order(s) under the resultant contract. The PM is responsible for all requirements under awarded TOs.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate progressive IT experience supporting cloud and data center services.Have at least one project of similar scope shall that has occurred within the past three (3) years with a total contract value greater than $10M and global delivery in a highly complex environment. Oversight or management of at least one project shall have been conducted in accordance with a Capability Maturity Model Integration Institute (CMMI) certified, Agile, and/or ITIL approach.Demonstrate proven experience and documented success supervising large IT services contracts, including people of various job categories and skills.Demonstrate expertise in the management and control of costs and resources and demonstrated capability in managing projects of this type and complexity.Demonstrated experience providing system modernization and innovation that resulted in increased operational efficiency or cost savings.QualificationsMust have at least 10 years of relevant experience.Must have a bachelor s degree from an accredited university with a preference for a major in Information Technology (greater preference for master s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Information Technology).Must have an ITIL v3 or later certificationMust have current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a teamPhysical Demands:Must be able to lift up to 5 poundsMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of timeMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodicallySECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level.
