You ll follow the project foreman s direction to prepare job sites, load and unload material, remove debris, help team members, and do any other tasks to ensure the customer is satisfied with our work. Apply today!Responsibilities:Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials on site that will be used to complete the build, so the crew can operate efficientlyEnsure that all materials, tools and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is cleanHelp your team with all stages of the build to make sure that the job is done as efficiently as possibleMake sure to follow all health and safety regulations to ensure you and your crew members don t suffer any injuriesBe available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the projectResponsibilities will be determined by which job you are applying for:Gutter and Siding Installers:Install gutters and siding on residential and commercial propertiesMeasure and cut materials to fit specific dimensionsEnsure installations meet or exceed industry and safety standardsMaintain a clean and safe work areaCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersTroubleshoot and resolve issues as neededGutter Cleaners:Clean gutters and downspouts on residential and commercial propertiesRemove debris and other obstructions from gutters and downspoutsInspect gutters and downspouts for damage or other issuesCommunicate effectively with customers and team membersMaintain a clean and safe work areaTroubleshoot and resolve issues as neededQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredSome experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferredImportant to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-throughThis work requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balanceShould have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide trainingValid Drivers LicensePositive AttitudeExperience is valued but not necessary.
