Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Cincinnati, OH for a Home Health Aide at Healthy Home Care Solution. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also monitor the patient's condition, communicate with healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Certification as a Home Health Aide not required but are accepted
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for patients
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
