**Project Delivery Lead - Miami Dolphins (Miami Gardens FL)**

The Project Delivery Lead will define and manage Business Intelligence and CRM/Power Platform projects. The responsibilities of the Project Delivery Lead are defined by bringing into a single role the responsibilities of traditional Project Managers and Business Analysts. The position requires passion, commitment, organization, and being a fast learner, while at the same time being adaptable, coachable, and open to new approaches to technology solution projects.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
* Learn and manage projects through Huddle Collaboration Framework (blend of: Six Sigma, UML, Organizational Design, Agile/Scrum Methodology)
* Memorialize project work through project artifacts in PowerPoint
* Create and manage project plan and artifacts
* Preemptively identify and escalate risks to appropriate level
* Conduct scrums calls, sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives, and ensure all development tasks and issues are logged and updated
* Keep project plan and scrum boards up-to-date
* Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks and dependencies lead weekly status meeting to work through issues and set priorities for the week.
* Monitor delivered projects and maintain pulse with stakeholders across the organization
* Conducts workshops with pre-published agendas
**TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
* Create status reports efficiently
* Contribute to deployment plans
* Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Create and manage testing plan
* Manage issues and action logs
* Familiarity with Business Analyst skill set
**NONTECHNICAL SKILLS**
* Ability to ramp-up quickly
* Takes initiative and is a self-starter
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment
* Thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
* Strong writing, presentation and documentation skills
* Can zoom between big picture to detail
* Can understand in sufficient detail the work to be managed
**EXPERIENCE:**
Most Important:
* 1+ years of practical experience in project management or business analysis
* Thoughtful practitioner, comfortable working across multiple methodologies and frameworks
Important:
* Project management or business analysis certification (PMP, Six Sigma or Certified Scrum Master)
* 1+ years of experience with implementation of information technology migrations and integrations
Desirable, but not required:
* Software development or architecture experience
**EDUCATION:**
Relevant Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree
