Our Hospitality Team members are a vital part of our members day to day experiences in our club, and therefore, our company s success. Our team members are efficient, courteous, and always focused on creating positive experiences for our members by providing a safe & clean environment and anticipating their needs.
A hospitality team member is responsible for

• Providing excellent customer service to club members.
• Cleaning and sanitizing fitness machines & work-out equipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of locker rooms, which includes: the ability to sweep and mop floors, clean restroom stalls, floors, toilets, and urinals. Thorough cleaning of shower areas, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas.
• Restocking all health & beauty supplies, collecting, washing & folding laundry, and repeatedly inspecting the club for proper orderliness.
• Maintaining cleanliness of common areas of the facility including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting fixtures, wiping down countertops, glass cleaning, taking out trash, etc.

The right candidate should be

• Reliable, professional, energetic, and friendly.
• Possess excellent customer service & communication skills.
• Able to be on the move for prolonged periods of time.
• Self-motivated to work independently and finish projects and work as assigned.
• Able to lift at least 40lbs.
