Salary/Hourly Rate

$45k plus Bonus

Position Overview

The Property Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team while providing excellent customer service to the residents.

Responsibilities Of The Property Coordinator

  • Provide superior customer service to current and future residents and the community.
  • Help resolve resident disputes and problems with a high level of customer service.
  • Schedule make readies to prepare units for new residents.
  • Attract tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and showing units.

Qualifications For The Property Coordinator

  • 1+ years of experience in leasing or internship experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree is required.
