Job Summary
Barrett Upstone is seeking an individual with a proven track record and experience in managing concrete plants to join our team in Plattsburgh, NY, USA. As the leading manufacturer of aggregates, hot mix asphalt, and ready-mix concrete in northeastern New York, we are committed to delivering world-class products and services.
As the Concrete Plant Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to oversee the efficient operation of our modern concrete plant. This is a challenging position that necessitates a successful background in the construction industry and a dedication to achieving outstanding outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Determine production requirements and develop production schedules
- Manage plant operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective production
- Supervise a team of skilled technicians and operators

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in concrete plant management
