Inside Sales Specialist

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The role involves driving sales revenue, expanding our customer base, and ensuring exceptional customer service within the manufacturing industry. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be working closely with various departments and stakeholders to achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:


No cold calling required

Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our manufacturing solutions

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional offers

Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to meet the needs of both the customer and the company

Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts, track sales activities, and forecast future sales opportunities

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities

Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively

Skilled in Check Processing

Strong Customer Service skills are crucial

Data Entry skills are required

3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales is needed
