Measurement Technician

Where we need you


  • Perform and record applicable testing of incoming raw material samples (resin, paint, etc) and disposition in SAP.
  • Update and maintain material spec sheets.
  • Perform and record results of various laboratory testing as needed
  • Coordinate on site and third party calibration of gages
  • Maintain gages and gage calibration
  • Provide feedback of receiving quality issues to supplier development using SAP quality notifications
  • Program CMM for part measurements
  • Support PPAP approvals from Customer.
  • Provide CAD models for engineering changes, gages, and part modifications
  • Analyze engineering drawings and schematics for gage and part dimensioning, review, and problem resolution
  • Program part layouts in "Metrolog XG" software
  • Analyze engineering drawings and schematics for gage and part dimensioning, review, and problem resolution
  • Interpreting of GD&T and program the software accordingly
  • Other duties as needed


How to convince us


  • Working knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Teams and Excel
  • Experience working CMM
  • 3-5 years measurement technician experience
  • Technical Background preferred
  • Ability to work overtime as determined by business needs
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to lift, stand, stoop, bend and maneuver in open and confined areas throughout entire shift
